5. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with a Gaming Mouse, Mechanical Keyboard, or Audio Equipment item, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing components will not be eligible for a refund.
